Quality

Since its beginnings MABEN has always been committed to offering a quality service to its clients. This quality service is based on:

1. A practical and efficient Quality System, strongly rooted in the company’s culture and which promotes the continuous improvement of its processes.

To improve the management of the company, MABEN has integrated the management of quality, the environment, workplace risks and innovation into a single management system.

This Management System, internally developed by MABEN, called SIG (Integrated Management System), includes all of the necessary requirements for complying with the standards:

-    ISO 9001:2008 and ISO/TS 16949:2009 for Quality.
-    ISO 14001:2009 for the Environment.
-    UNE 166002 for Innovation Management.

2. A robust design of the processes from the beginning of the project, thanks to the promotion of preventative quality through the preparation of the FMEA process using multidisciplinary equipment.

3. A quality department that guarantees the quality of the parts during production through the training of personnel in control and through specific dimensional controls when so required by the client, developing control equipment capable of guaranteeing that these control criterion are met.
