MABEN has 31 state-of-the-art injector machines with clamping forces of between 35 and 650 tonnes.

We inject high precision components, with centesimal tolerances, as well as parts requiring perfect surface finishes (frames, rear-view mirrors...).

All new processes are studied in order to apply the maximum possible automation. Continuous improvement of these processes anticipates possible incidents, optimising productivity and reducing production costs.

In order to meet these requirements we have a completely automated material supply centre and thanks to 30 dehumidifiers of various capacities, we can assure the materials are prepared for a perfect injection.
